Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is once again the center of transfer speculation as reports from Italy and England link him to a potential €120 million move to Manchester United. The Napoli forward, who has scored 24 goals in 2024–25 across all competitions, is seen as a long-term solution to United’s attacking woes.
United are reportedly keen to activate Osimhen’s release clause as they aim to build around a young, dynamic front line. Club sources suggest Erik ten Hag has personally identified the Super Eagles star as a priority target following a lackluster domestic campaign.
Napoli, however, remains reluctant to let their talisman leave without a substantial offer. “We know his value,” said Napoli sporting director Mauro Meluso. “Osimhen is among the top strikers in the world, and any discussion will begin at the clause.”
With PSG and Chelsea also reportedly monitoring the situation, the Osimhen saga could dominate the headlines this summer.
